Objectives

The objectives of the WAHVM are:

To bring together people with an interest in the history of veterinary medicine

To encourage research in the field of veterinary history

To promote and coordinate such research and education

To exchange and disseminate information on the history of veterinary medicine throughout the world by providing a common forum for National Societies for the History of Veterinary Medicine and all other interested individuals and organizations.
